My Dear Kathleen was born from our own travels, a passion for creating one-of-a-kind experiences and the creative desire to document them authentically.
We take a relaxed approach, letting the day breathe, allowing you to be present, ensuring you soak it all in. Mix that with an editorial eye and a little cinematic flair and you have imagery that is stylish yet true.

Meet Chris
Chris is the lead photographer at My Dear Kathleen, and almost all of the images you'll see on this website are his work.
After years spent photographing weddings, he has developed a knack for knowing when to offer a little direction and when to simply let things unfold.
More than anything, he's incredibly easy to have around, which, when you're inviting just a handful of people into one of the biggest days of your lives, really matters.

High above the little fishing village of Patonga, Ruth and Adam chose a beautiful cottage overlooking the entrance of the Hawkesbury River to tie the knot.
With their parents as their witnesses, a private chef and an incredible view, the day felt relaxed, peaceful and truly their own.
